White Screen, No Support

This browser does fill the watch screen. However, when I try to zoom in to read such small print, the screen turns completely white. I can’t pinch to zoom back out. Nothing fixes that white screen. Using the App Support button on this page, I emailed them about this issue on August 3rd. It is now August 29th. I’ve received no response.
