Crashing
You would think after 3-4years, this app would had updated by now. Still crashes when opening up the test guide and still doesn’t show OUR price when I’m logged into the hospitals account. Haven’t been happy with Antech in general, this just adds to the numerous problems.
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing when you open up the test guide. We are a mobile business and this makes it very hard to use we are seeing clients.

Not showing laboratory results
Usually works but this past week the website has not been showing me results when I click on an accession and even the app shows me only the patient name but won’t pop up results after clicking the tests. Not sure what’s going on. Tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app but still no go.
Terrible App
This app is terrible. It’s outdated and clunky looking, and not user friendly at all. Very hard to use and understand. And very limited features (can’t sort or filter by doctor or receive notifications).
Unexpected error
Never works. Will not connect even after reinstalling.
