Does not connect to Apple Health properly - will not sync down Apple Health information. (Have tried reinstalling multiple times.)

Not sure what rating to give since I’m not able to even use this app. Every time I sign in or any time I click around to visit certain features , I get a “Something’s Wrong, Try Again” pop-up. Please fix this.
Blue Anthem Medicaid App
This app is easy to use and navigate. I thought it would be harder. I strongly recommend this app because it has a lot of information like benefits I didn’t know I had.

I’ve been trying to sign into this app for 3 weeks to schedule a doctors appointment and it doesn’t work
Useless app
Why is there no way on this app to connect the ID card to Apple wallet? Considering this app is mostly useless and crashes constantly, it’d be great to have the ID card somewhere that’s actually accessible.

App not letting me sign in
This has been happening for the last month or so but ever since signing up for Medicaid, the app hasnt allowed me to sign in, claiming it’s not available to people outside a few states including CA. Problem is, I live in CA. Can y’all fix this?

Tried to log in after creating an account online and told me it doesn’t cover my state even though I’m a CA resident and it said it covers CA.

I used to have the iPhone 8 Plus and it worked perfectly but when I opened the app on my new iPhone 12, it crashes as soon as I open the app. Maybe the app is not supported on newer phones??
