Helped me see progress with my anxiety
I was having panic attacks a few times a week when i started zoloft. This is where i log them, and watching the count drop from eleven in june to three last month did more for me than any pep talk. So cool to have a doctor report for my psychiatrist as well
Love this tracker!
Been on it daily for a few weeks now. It's not trying to be your therapist, more like a thing that keeps you honest about how you're doing. Simple enough that I don't skip days. A weekly recap would be a nice addition someday.
So far so good!
