Garbage app

It works great on my PC but the app is awful. I can’t get out of the Help files. Can’t ask a question. Can’t use it for anything. All it wants to do is ask me what I think about it and gives me help file questions. I know what I’m doing because I’m using it on the PC just fine but on the phone I can’t do anything on the iPhone.
