I took a few pictures. I don’t know if it crashed or was just garbage. There was a piece where it said to add a description, but you couldn’t. Then it had a little text box like somebody was writing a text. But it never posted. It just spun forever so basically for me completely useless didn’t work a waste of time. Undo this subscription just really super annoying.

Ok to begin with but…
Unfortunately now not loading …free version so I expect it’s a ploy to get me to pay . Would have considered but not if it has the same issues ! Oh well good while it lasted . Useful to gain a bit more insight but take examples with a pinch of salt ! I only use in really difficult circumstances or to verify my own knowledge !

Hard to cancel the 3-day free trial
I was curious about two antique items so I signed up for the FREE 3-day trial. On day 2, I sent them an email to the email address they said to cancel the subscription. No response. Then I received notification of two mysterious charges I didn’t know what they were for from Apple. They were for this crazy app that has a weekly payment subscription. The funny thing is the charges weren’t even the same. Getting nowhere with this app and have emailed them again. Fortunately, I have disputed the two charges with Apple and they have requested a refund on my behalf. Moral of the story is: if you don’t think you would use this app long term, DO NOT sign up for the Free Trial. They will just keep charging you on a weekly basis.

App still asks to upgrade to Pro after purchase
App provides reasonably accurate, but a bit generic AI analysis of the item provided and says for more insight upgrade to Pro. After spending $$ to upgrade to pro nothing has changed and app keeps promoting to upgrade. Disappointing, IMHO don’t buy a subscription.

I bought the membership and it keeps asking you to buy it again every time I log in and sometimes it don’t recognize you have it.

I purchased the Upgrade Pro but nothing has changed on my app. Still asks if I want to purchase a plan and I have no new features or anything. I try to email and it gets bounced back to me. So no clue how to handle it. The free part is ok. It identifies almost all of the items correctly. Fun to look at items
