Not a bad app
Yes, this app is great for what it does but it gives you the option to “save” your scans in another account so they don’t get lost. I was logged out of my account when I did that and can’t get back in. I have sent multiple emails and it took a little while but I was contacted and they were able to locate my account and transfer everything. Be careful when using that option.

I paid for a year in Feb Now it says billing error.
Can’t access the app. This is a week later still can’t access any of what I took pictures of. Over 1500 it’s over a month now and nothing has changed
Great job identifying and pricing
Found some of my great grandma’s collectables in my mom’s attic after she passed and this app helped me identify and validate the proper value to help me determine what I wanted to keep and what to sell. DEFINITELY A MUST APP TO USE.

I’ve used a great many “identifying apps” Almost all have left me disappointed and I in response discontinued my subscription. Not this time! I’m very impressed and look forward to treasure hunting with Zophi along for the adventure!

Why does it say that it’s free and you’re charging $39.99 a year so it is a scam??? or 3.99 per week😡😡😡😡

Can’t get in
As I’m doing research for 50 items , my screen goes black. Now to open Zophi I have to give a finger print? I never set that up….. what going on in my iPad?
Can’t depend on one app
I have 2 different apps to back it up. I tried to download google bc it’s free but couldn’t figure it out. BUT I do like this app a lot I can catalog all my things in folders. But I have to take screenshots and email them to myself and print. I wish they’d come up with/a system to send it all to your PC and print each item w/the information. Now the other app is a little more realistic in pricing. And tells you more correctly what it is. Do my research I’d 2 apps. Maybe you can figure out the downloading . But I use it everyday. Cleaning out my in-laws house to sell they built the house in 54’ so you know how many treasures I’ve found.
