Hi Juanjoiph, We apologize for responding in English. We do not speak Spanish but we hope that these instructions will still be helpful. Unfortunately, deleting a sticker pack is confusing. There is nothing we can do about it. To delete the sticker pack, follow these steps: 1) Open Messages on your device. 2) Open any conversation. 3) Tap on the gray App Store icon next to the message text box to make sure the iMessage app drawer is open. 4) Swipe left on the iMessage apps all the way until you see an icon with three gray dots. 5) Tap on the icon with three gray dots. 6) Find the "Antisocial Alison" sticker pack. 7) Swipe left on it to uncover the "Delete" button and press it. Again, there is nothing we can do to make this easier. Apple built the Messages app. If these instructions are not clear, you can Google "how to uninstall iOS sticker packs" to find other instructions. Thank you.
