Antorium: Idle Ant Colony

Antorium is a top-down idle ant colony sim. No tunnels to dig, no menus full of numbers — just your ant farm seen from above, where every ant on screen is actually working for you. Harvesters carry seeds home. Leafcutters slice a leaf and haul it back. Trap-jaw soldiers patrol the trails and snap at anything that gets near the nest. Every resource in your counter came from an ant you can point at. GROW THE COLONY Buy ants and they walk out of the anthill and get to work. Seeds pay for harvesters, leaves pay for leafcutters, meat pays for soldiers. Production never stops, so the colony keeps growing while the app is closed. THREE REAL SPECIES, THREE REAL JOBS • Messor barbarus — harvester ants. They collect seeds from the seed patch and stock the nest. • Atta cephalotes — leafcutter ants. They cut fragments from the plant and carry them back. • Odontomachus monticola — trap-jaw ants. Your soldiers. They patrol, chase and bite anything that threatens the workers. Workers appear as minor, media and major, the same castes you would see in a real colony. PHEROMONES: TAPPING IS OPTIONAL Tap anywhere on the ground and the ants inside the ring pick up the pace for a few seconds — workers, hauling crews and soldiers alike. Tapping never conjures resources out of thin air: what you produce comes from the ants you own, not from your thumb. During an event the tap becomes the event's own move — charging a coordinated strike, clearing a blocked trail. Put the phone down and the colony carries on. EVENTS ON THE SAME SCREEN No separate battle mode, no loading screen. Everything happens on your terrain: • Insect invasion — bugs pour in from the edges and head for the nest. Rally your soldiers. • Predator — a spider, centipede or mantis with a health bar. Charge a coordinated mandible strike. • Peak activity — the colony can hit exceptional output. Keep the rhythm going.
