Won’t take payment
What a terrible, complicated way to make payments for drinks and food at pride. Adding an additional step instead of direct payments with vendors. None of my (Belgian) payment methods were accepted. Plus it’s 1€ every time you want to add funds!
Ridiculous
Only antwerp can come up with this absolutely atrocious concept! Brussels pride forever xxx

Horrible
Terrible UX. I had to download an app, register under the hot sun with no shade in sight, and deal with fees that they don’t even refund. There’s a commission every time you top up, and all of this just to get a 25cl Maes beer in a plastic cup that’s been sitting at the bar for 15 minutes.
The alternative? Stand in line at the event to pay one euro for a card, which also has a commission every time you reload it, and good luck getting any leftover balance back. On top of that, there’s the typical €1.50 fee for the cup and, unbelievably, THREE EUROS for access to a dirty plastic bathroom. Horrible experience, don’t expect to see me next year. My money is better spent in the city center bars.

Shame on you
Paying for a cup, paying for a top-up and 3,90 for a beer?! You should be ashamed! Pride is a protest? Nope, pride is a business model!
How an app ruins the pride
Instead of feeling any sense of pride I just feel ripped off because of how this app is like a parasite siphoning off A LOT of money with every tiniest transaction
👎🏻
Te veel geldverspilling
EXPENSIVE
Because of the fees I paid €6,80 for one ginger ale. 🙃 didn’t know this event was for rich people.
Rip-off
A total rip-off, as they deduct one Euro pro charge (and 2 euros from the refund?) Also it did not work. It didn’t make the payments at the bar any easier or faster, so that people spent most of the time standing in line to get drinks or go to the toilet instead of enjoying the party.
Total scam!
€1 to install; €2 to retrieve your money; and 1 week to get you excess money refunded (if I get it..) what a ripoff!!
Refunds
Schaam jullie

Worst ever organised festival
Installing an app to pay funds, queue for more than thirty minutes for every order and mod getting refunds on food plays trays refunds… disgusting
