What's New in Anvayaa Elder Care

2.1.1

August 27, 2026

Care Manager Visits A new screen shows every Care Manager service in your plan — how many visits you get, how many you have used, and how many remain — so you can book your next visit in a tap. Find it under Settings > Care Manager Visits. Visit requests now also show a live status timeline in Order History. Payments made clearer Funds drawn by your Care Manager now appear in your Payments statement with the service they were used for, the Care Manager's name and the request ID. Where bill copies exist you can tap to view them full screen. Emergency Fund The recommended minimum is now ₹5,000, with clearer guidance on why keeping the balance topped up matters for emergency assistance. Account control You can now permanently delete your Anvayaa account and personal data from Settings > Delete Account, or from our website without signing in. We explain exactly what is deleted and what we are required to keep. Faster, easier sign-in The verification code fills in automatically from your SMS, and you can sign in with your password using either your phone number or email address. Beneficiaries can sign in for themselves and raise an SOS directly. Booking fixes Beneficiaries who sign in for themselves can now book services directly — previously the app incorrectly asked them to subscribe to a plan even though they are covered by their sponsor's plan. SOS The SOS button is larger and easier to hit under stress, and is now always available regardless of plan status. For corporate members Fixes to the helpline number, booking on behalf of a sponsor, country code selection, and the complimentary services list — which now shows every service included in your plan. Also in this release • "About" in Settings shows your current app version • Wallet top-ups streamlined • Various stability and performance improvements
