i downloaded this game cause of my worries and anxiety, this really helped me! not only did it help, but it soothes me, I suffer from severe depression and body dysmorphia, and this actually helped me so much,Iโ€™m so glad this game exists! when you fist log into the app it asks you some questions, *similar to the ones on the pictures,* and then you can click on different things and learn what anxiety is and how to deal with it if you have it, Iโ€™m so grateful, this game honestly deserves more likes and reviews! i am NOT lying, download this game NOW,โญ๏ธ or youโ€™ll be sad for the rest of your life.
