Hands-free now works wherever you cook in English Voice control was quietly limited to the US. If you cook in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia or anywhere else in English, cook mode now listens for "next" and "back" like it always should have. Where it genuinely can't work, the button is no longer there to tap. Shop by the pack, in your language Your shopping list can show what you actually lift off the shelf: 2 cans, 1 bag, 250 g of butter. That used to work in English only. It now works in French, German, Dutch and Spanish, and if you shop in the US you'll see US pack sizes instead of European ones. A list that reads like a cook wrote it • Scaled amounts read the way you'd say them out loud • Ingredient rows keep both halves of a dual measurement, and words like "cloves" • Tinned tomatoes go with the tins and fresh ones with the produce, in every language • Recipes in different languages no longer collapse into one confusing line Fixed • Adding a recipe could freeze while the app read your clipboard • iPad grids and full-screen pages now use the space they have • Adding a tag no longer rewrites the whole recipe • Sync speaks up when something actually fails instead of staying quiet • Meal tags and timer highlighting now work in German, Dutch and Spanish Setting up The setup step now describes what it really asks for: switching AnyRecipe on in your Share menu. You can skip the taste picker if you'd rather get straight in. Permission prompts appear in your language and say plainly what they're for.
