Useless
I cannot even pair this to my phone! After spending a small fortune on the batteries it needed plus an SD card...it won’t even pair!!!!

Great little camera but app crashing on opening
I have iPhone X running iOS 12.1.4 and the app crashes if I open straight from the notification centre when there is activity.
I can open it the second time but first time is a problem. Can you release an update fix please. I have tried uninstall and reinstall but still same problem with initial crash. When I open second time all works well.

Had it working inside until I placed the memory chip in. Tried to delete and reinstall however it will only pick up the old frozen picture. Waist of money
Notifications DO NOT work
First bought the app and set up in January everything worked fine. Removed camera to charge batteries and stopped receiving notifications. Repaired camera, no joy, reinstalled app and set up from new still NO notifications and NO after sales support.

Not working
Push notifications not being received on my phone have the b10 door bell can’t receive push notification ,not receiving and motion alerts or when someone rings the bell . All my settings are on .
No longer works
The app seems have been updated 8 months ago and it notifications no longer work in iOS. The Android version was last updated in Dec. 2018 and works fine.
No notifications on iPhone X
Now it doesn’t send notifications to my iPhone X after update.
Any updates ?
Has anyone figured anything out yet about not receiving notifications? Or do I just face the inevitable and buy a replacement?
B20 survaliance
Not a bad little camera. Quality of physical product, is good. Easy functional steps. Only issue I’m having is getting PIR to work. I am not receiving a notification if someone walks into cameras view range?
