Login/ wrong format issues
They charged my card and I’m no longer to login or find any properties
App does not work how it’s supposed
The comps are very inaccurate. If you use this app you are guaranteed to make a bad offer or lose money
Disappointing
This app won’t let me log back in at all! How do I cancel my subscription before money gets taken out?!

This app was mentioned on a podcast so I checked it out. I subscribed and did not cancel within the time of the free trial because it was useful. So I did use it for a month or so. But soon I began establishing my own buy formulas. I unsubscribed from the monthly plan and have been for two months now. However, I am still being charged monthly. Checked my Apple settings and I am not subscribed. So that can't be the reason. Clicked on the app saw no option for customer service. I am unable to use the app since I am unsubscribed. In fact I am instructed to do so. Once I downloaded the updated version of AnyDeals I noticed that now you can not select monthly. And will be charged for 5months. Which is why I have to give it 1 ⭐️. Because the previous version did not state for”5 months”. And if it is going to be packaged as a 5month plan users should have access until the plan is up. Instead of making users re-purchase the package they are all ready being charged for. Technical Support needs to fix this.

Won’t let me opt out of my 7day free trial. Forcing a charge on my card and you can’t even send a email or contact them in the contact us link. Horrible
A few more options
The app is very convenient! But I would like to see a handful of improvements that I think would set it over the top.
1. Save a property search/info so I don’t have to keep putting it in. (If this is in the app and I missed it, my apologies.)
2. I know it shows you the cash buyers price but I’d love it if it showed the cash buyers total price with rehab cost included. That’s being very picky on my end but the less I have to use the calculator the better.
3. The app shows the cash buyers profit but I’d love it if you could input a Return on investment percentage as well.

This app is great for wholesaling and creative financing. I love how you can choose multiple ways to sell the property and compare what fits bets for you. It’s fast and convenient.

Those screenshots depict a I don't have an account button. I don't see that in the app so I can't even make an account to use the app. What sorcery is this?

After downloading the App went to a login screen, with no option to register. ***Deleting***

I love Brian but I literally came from a android to a iPhone for this app too better farther this info that the goat Brian was giving too be a Successful real estate investor but this app just taking my money I have not got past where you put the input too do the deal like it’s crazy and wish he would show yu how or put more money in too the app too better help us

This app is way over hyped by Brian.
1. Comps come from Zillow. Brian himself doesn’t even use OR teach people to use Zillow for comps. But his app does....
2. Why can’t you save deals? Every single time you have to completely redo the entire process. Make a save deal function...
3. You can’t edit the email that is sent out with the deal info. It’s auto loaded into your email but you can’t change any of the copy.
Even Deal Machine makes the copy editable on their postcards....
