Use to use the app for my scale all the time and it worked fine. Now about 2 months later that I’m back to using it I keep getting a check system network error message. My network is fine, it’s the app that’s apparently not working for anyone anymore… I’m glad I got the scale at a discounted price because now it’s the same as any other scale, nothing smart about it works anymore!

“Please check Network” Error Message
I used to love this app for tracking my sleep, now I can’t login due to the is message. I don’t have any issues with my network, so this is obviously a program error. Please fix this or the product is useless. 😡

Funktioniert nicht
Nicht mit iPhone zu koppeln. Allgemein angeblich dauerhaft Probleme mit dem Netzwelt (man konnte sich nur mit Gäste-Login anmelden). Sehr enttäuschend! Wie es mit Android genau aussieht, weiß ich nicht, scheint aber besser zu funktionieren.
Fix the connection issue
I can’t connect my iPhone with the watch, why? I pay for the watch give us access to the app
Waste of money
My smart band doesn’t work at all straight out of the box. The app keeps show alert saying “check network”. A total waste of money.
App stopped connecting to watch.
I can’t get the watch to sync any longer. When I try to bind it it tells me there is a network error. I sent an email to customer support and received nothing back-2 weeks ago. The SSL certificate has expired also.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing this discount smart watch. Several comments mention the app has somehow stopped working approximately 6 months ago…
Also, app does not bind with watch no matter what I try. Watch is close to my phone, app says network connection issue. Confusing because the little paper guide mention a simple step by step (no QR code involved) then the watch asks to scan a QR code. Moreover, I do not trust the QR code - my phone actually warned me the page it was redirecting me to could potentially be a scam where they take your personal information for scamming purposes (financial, etc), highly recommending to close the page which I did.
Do not waste your time and money with this product.

I don’t go out of my way to write reviews but my watch is broken and I can’t even reach support 1/10 if you are reading this forget about this app
Not Working
The app is no longer working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still doesn’t work. The app keeps saying, “reconnect to the network”.
Great Beginner Fitness Watch
I just got this watch for Christmas and I am really enjoying it! The app is easy to use and sleek. The watch is great if you are just looking for simple functions and nothing too pricey (can see messages, check weather, play/skip music, track heart rate/sleep/steps and workouts). The negative reviews were scaring me, but so far it’s great. The step counter seems about 90% accurate; I really enjoy the sleep tracker as well as the customizable watch face and the flashlight/find your phone feature. The battery lasts me about two days before I need to recharge it. Overall I love it so far ☺️

Slightly better than expected
Does everything I expected it to, and a bit more.
I do however, wish there were step goals by intervals of 500 or 250, instead of the current 1000, and an explanation for the standing time and how it’s calculated. A dark mode might be nice too.

the watch app is so amazing it’s very helpful and if i lose my watch i can fine it on settings and i can change the background color and if i want a picture on my watch background i can do that u should get it!!!!!
Language changed to Chinese after 7 months
After recharging when the battery completely died (my fault-matters?) it came back on in Chinese with the incorrect time and date. According to my iPhone, the Anyloop band was connected to Bluetooth. The app couldn’t find the device so I removed the app & redownloaded it. Language in the watch is still Chinese and the app cannot connect to the watch.

Kein Koppeln
Die Uhr lässt sich nicht mit IPhone koppeln, sie ist weder auf dem IPhone (wir haben 2 verschiedene zum Ausprobieren genutzt) noch auf dem Mac als Bluetooth Uhr irgendwo zu erkennen.
Also haben wir die Uhr zurückgeschickt, und eine andere bestellt. Alles ausprobiert, aber die Uhr lässt sich mit keinem Handy koppeln. Lieber Hände weg!

No longer works
Been using it since November last year and noticed few weeks ago that the app doesn’t upload data anymore. It only tracks sleep and is now useless
Don’t waste your time!!
I have tried for over a month to bind this watch to my iPhone. I’ve followed the instructions TO THE LETTER multiple times. So I began troubleshooting: my iPhone setting, the watch, the app, my camera, my Bluetooth, even tried other phones and still this watch won’t bind. The watch’s QR code doesn’t even work. Multiple resets later and still NOTHING but exasperation! There is a world of other Bluetooth smart watches out there that work as designed. My advice, skip this and ANY product associated with this app and/or company.
