Anyname Hotel is a hotel management system for independent properties. Everything the front desk does in a day lives on one screen: the floor plan, check-in, the guest folio, and the money. THE FLOOR PLAN Every room is a tile that says what it is at a glance — colour, icon and label together, never colour alone. One tap opens check-in, or the folio of the guest already in the room. A room that is dirty and has a guest arriving today says both things at once, because that is the room you need to see first. CHECK-IN AND FOLIO Take a walk-in in seconds, or check in a booking that is already waiting. Record Turkish ID or passport details, add extras and discounts, take payment by cash, card or transfer, and correct a payment that was keyed wrong. Move a guest to another room without losing the folio. HOUSEKEEPING Departure cleans queue themselves. Housekeeping marks a room finished, reception checks it and releases it for sale — so a room is never sold before somebody has looked at it. Mark several rooms at once when a floor is done. RESERVATIONS AND CALENDAR Bookings by day on a timeline. Take a reservation, amend it, cancel it, or mark a no-show. BUILT FOR A REAL DESK Roles that mean something: an owner sees the money, reception runs the stays, housekeeping sees the rooms and nothing else. There is no self-signup — your property code, username and password come from whoever set your hotel up.
