I do not recommend
Most of our patients hate this app. We always have problems with it. Patients instead need WiFi for it to work. If you ever have a complaint make sure it’s in writing because they don’t keep track of it when it’s a phone call. No one on our staff likes this telemedicine platform. Our providers would rather go outside to performing visits in 108 heat index in full PPE gear than deal this terrible platform. Patients would rather have their data on their phones being used up by photos of their kids and not a telemedicine app.
