Canโt connect to the device
It stopped connect to the device after few months. And now I tried dozens of times and ways, and it just gave me a no way. Give up.

I canโt even figure out how to set up an account. The only options are log in or reset password.

Very buggy
When the door sensor alarm is off it automatically turns off the audible ALARM setting and in turn not sending and alerts and will keep default to off unless the door sensor is turned back on

Does my trucker need a Sim card to be able to be operated because Iโm trying to login but itโs telling me that I have to have a certain password
No good in rural location
Itโs great to let you know if your van is being interfered with, will dial your phone and send text messages. But if you need to track your vehicle like I did the other day, itโs absolutely hopeless at least 7 miles out.

Not able to change device phone callbak number.
My alarm watch has 3 button with different phone number only 2 button work. Not able to assign a different phone number to the third button.
Improvements needed ASAP
Overall itโs decent, just looks like something from 2005. Biggest criticism though is having to arm and disarm each alarm feature every time, rather than having a quick button.
Needs tweaking
Overall a good app, fairly straight forward to use. My only complaint is that when you have larger text selected on the iPhone the menu in the arm and disarm section become illegible as the text merges. Need to do away with the text boxes so that larger text can be viewed without having to change back to smaller text as then all other apps on the phone become smaller. When you need glasses for reading this is a pain when you need to arm / disarm the smart alarm.

Needs updates for use with vanolarm
I echo other reviewers it needs a simple arm all/disarm all button on the Home Screen with visibility of weather the alarm is armed or not too.

Few tweaks pls
Fab app for using vanoalarm uk, but would love a complete disarm/arm button
When using the arm/disarm menu, the pop up select for each part (ie, sound - vibration etc) overlap and is impossible to know which one your turning on or off. I have the app on an iPhone XR. Rotation might solve it!

Works as it should
Works just fine. Map GPS is accurate when outdoors - uses LBS when indoors and a signal canโt be acquired. Useful for multiple devices.
Very Dissapointed
Went round and round with Swisstrack to get this straight, Im getting a heartbeat on the swisstrack so I assume its this software. I needed something dependable ... this is garbage. Will also write review on swisstrack site
Archaic app
Spent hours trying to set up this app with the device, that were conceived and build with no regards to user experience. No success. Cheap technology. Waist of money.

This device doesn't use GPS they use LBS abd WiFI to find your location so it is not accurate.

I wish there would be negative or zero stars ...we tried to amke product work for more than 2 weeks and nothing....This product does not work - seller makes a big claims sells you devices that do not work and Does NOT have warranty or any honor money - he claims once he ships you the device thats all he has to do and you are stuck with a garbage of equipment- No money back, no warranties .... Seller sells from China so once you pay them you are done ... Dont buy this !!!!

Useless
The app is reporting the gps to be 590 meters away from its actual location. The website gps123.org is showing correct location
Dubious accuracy
When it works I can track my escaping dog but this is only within about 300m if the actual spot. Given the distance my dog can cover that is ok as Iโve been able to retrieve her by going to the last spot and calling. Having the phone location too helps. Biggest problem is that it goes offline so much and itโs really hard to get it back online.
Also note Telstra says that the new SIM cards donโt do just data. You have to buy a date only sim at $40-60 per month. Great if you have a pre 2010 sim. You can go on the long term deal and it uses no data only the occasional sms to say battery is low.
