Good app, lock screen/notification center widget missing
Response from developer
Thanks for the review! You’re right, this is a setting you enabled. Please go to Settings -> Audio Player -> Mix Audio and disable it. When Mix Audio is enabled, Anywhere can play alongside other apps, but iOS will not show media controls on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, or CarPlay, and Bluetooth/system controls are also disabled. This is clearly explained under the Mix Audio option. If you still have any issues after disabling it, please contact us via Settings -> Report a Bug and we’ll help. Since this is caused by an enabled setting rather than a missing feature, we hope you’ll reconsider the 4-star rating. Compression, reverb, and additional audio effects are also planned for future updates.
Great app, not a fan of the the newest update
Response from developer
Thanks for the review and for enjoying Anywhere! Premium directly supports the continued development of the app, new features, improvements, and ongoing updates. We try to keep the price very affordable, roughly the cost of just one cup of coffee per month, while still keeping the core music experience available for free. Premium unlocks a lot of additional features we think you’ll enjoy, and there’s also a 14-day free trial so you can try everything first. Your support helps us continue building and improving Anywhere.
Album Art Duplicate
This music player works great aside from the duplicates that are happening with certain song titles, the artwork is showing duplicates to wrong songs, if this could be addressed this would be amazing.
Response from developer
Thanks for reporting this. Album artwork should not be assigned to the wrong songs, so we’d like to investigate your specific case. Please contact us via Settings -> Report a Bug and send a few screenshots showing the duplicated artwork and affected song titles. If possible, also send one or two affected audio files so we can inspect their embedded metadata and artwork.
Great iOS Music Player
The player has been reliable and is visually pleasing with a tidy and customisable UI.
One thing that would be nice to see in a future update is the option to flip the positions of the volume and seek bars, which would make the default layout similar to Apple Musics “Now Playing” UI.
