I am not one to do a lot of reviews, I hold my reviews for above and beyond situations. I am old school in the sense that recognition should be earned and not just given. I write this because through a mistake of my doing the team here with Anywhere Teacher stepped up and help me correct my issue where other companies I have dealt with in the past would have simply told me that there is nothing they can do because it’s an issue that they really do not need to fix, it’s a user error and the user can live with it, but not here!! Anywhere Teacher support went the extra mile and helped me!! On top of having an excellent app that has helped my 2 youngest children improve their scholastic ability they also have a significantly better customer support team than any company I have dealt with in the past years. If you are looking for a solid learning program for your school aged children then look no further for you are here!

Too many glitches
Volume doesn’t work 98% of the time. So the “read to me” books is a joke. Most of the games and stuff just glitches or doesn’t open/work. So glad I am using a free trial. Would not recommend this.

Please Fix…!
Please please fix the volume glitch. Sometimes we log in and there will be no background music or self-reading, other times all sound will be on. We’ve tried multiple settings on my wife and i’s phone. We love the app otherwise
Super frustrated
Was so excited about this to help with homeschooling my pre-k child and immediately subscribed. It worked for all of 5 minutes and then it started prompting me to subscribe to access content. Thought maybe my subscription didn’t go through, so I tried again only to get a pop up saying “you’ve already subscribed”. Tried logging out and logging back in and it still insists I need to subscribe but it won’t let me because I’ve already subscribed….so now I’m canceling my subscription and deleting the app.

Doesn't load, white screen.
When using the app and it's working its great, fun for kiddos and encouraging with songs but more than half the time I don't want to bother with it cause it won't load passed a solid white screen. I've taken it off an re-download again but it constantly has a solid white screen. Sometimes even going through Google I get the solid white screen. Love the app but it doesn't work often enough to keep.

Do not recommend!
I believe this is my first ever review. I can not recommend this app! Cancelling the subscription is horrible! Horrible customer service.

Needs more variety for their books and worksheets need to be more accessible for disabled users.
Amazing app and I love it but I feel like they need to have more accessible activities for disabled users. Also, I really think they should have more variety for books like more books for older kids, and things like that since they go up to six grade. Honestly, wish some books actually read to you instead of claiming to be read to me and not reading to you. The only ones really that I am having a problem with are the bumble bear books because they don’t really read to you even in read to me mode, it just reads the title and author and stuff like that. those are the two main issues I’m having with this app. It will be really good if somebody could fix these issues. I honestly think besides the beginning readers books you guys could have more words in a lot of your books and also have more nonfiction books as well. like I said, other than that, very awesome app! A win-win! also, I think some worksheets could have more clear directions. That was one thing I forgot to add.

App does not load
I've tried several times to open the app and I only get a white (blank) screen.
Favorite App for my Kids
I’ve tried quite a few of the commercially shown apps for kids, and none of them hit with them quite like AnywhereTeacher. All three of them absolutely love Charlie. Each day, at the end of our “homeschool”, they do their adventure path; once completed, they’re allowed to do whatever they want within the site. I love that there are different areas of interests that mine are super interested in, such as cooking, nature, crafting, etc.
Thank you, Schoolzone. Y’all have helped this Mama out so much. My son loved the cutting workbook, and I have some workbooks in my cart on Amazon for my 1st grade girls. We love your stuff!

Must have app for young learners!
Anywhere Teacher is my number one choice as both a mom of young kids and an early elementary educator. Kids love accessing both free play options and the learning paths that align to the Common Core Standards. There is such a wide variety for kids to play, engage and interact with. There are games, flash cards, videos, worksheets and many books on Anywhere Teacher. Kids also love the Charlie and company characters!

Endless options and truly enjoyable learning
We have use this app for years and it truly is a one stop shop! The grade level paths are an awesome way to prepare kids as well as supplement for grade level learning. Endless options for playing/learning together or having your kid play solo. I use this weekly for quiet time learning, print workbook pages and entertainment on flights. Can’t go wrong! We love Charlie, all the fun songs, and that everything is learning based. One warning: because there is so much content it can be a bit overwhelming navigating at first. But lots of ways to filter and search for what you want. However, I would rather have all the content than less.

Best Educational App
Out of all the educational apps to choose from, I find Anywhere Teacher most closely aligns to Common Core Standards… and I should know, I’m an elementary educator. I also love how activities connect to fine and gross motor skills. As the world becomes more and more technology-based, young children are getting less practice cutting and folding. Also, School Zone, is wise to have activities focusing on social and emotional awareness. This continues to be a growing problem in the school setting as more and more students are spending more time on YouTube and less time face-to-face. And, does anyone have better non-fiction texts for lower elementary students? This app is perfect for grade level review or preview, as well as, casual learn and play!

Miserable app
We have the workbooks and thought this might compliment them. The app promises free levels but nothing meaningful unlocks. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Needs to focus more on education and less on their hustle.
