Keeps saying app needs update
Every time I try to use this app on my iPad which is the newest version and updated it constantly tells me the app needs to be updated and there is no update for your app. It is super frustrating when trying to talk to my Dr when they use this app and the app never wants to work.
GARBAGE
This app is so dysfunctional! I cannot access my appointment with my doctor even though the link was sent to my email. I keep getting a update required notification but then when I go to update the app, nothing happens. I would give this app less than a star, but that’s not possible.
DOESN’T WORK
We tried logging in 3 times, getting new links for the app each time. Still didn’t open. Exited out of the app, refreshed, checked our WiFi etc…Trouble shooted with Dr office. Simply does not work. Use a different app!!!! SO FRUSTRATING.

Looks like they have some homework to do. Dr’s officials sent me 7 texts/links and none of them worked.
Total fail
This app is worthless. It does not connect and then when it fails it asks you to call the doctor’s office. Urology of Indiana is impossible to gain access to a person. Total fail!!
Can’t even install
I even offloaded all my apps to try to get this app to install and it just sits there doing nothing.
Poor app!
Too much hassle to use! I have had 5 telemedicine conferences since COVID and all went extremely well. NONE used this platform. Be prepared to be disappointed.

Read all the other reviews and same thing happens to me... Dr sends link, link sends me to App Store, then tells me “Unable to connect”...

All it takes you to is the App Store, I tried 20X and the work around given.

Dr. Texted links everytime they were selected safari would open then take you to App Store to open app. Tried copy and pasting link in other browser types, nothing. Worked on prior releases just not today.
Update-5mins later: I wrote the 1 star review above, tried it again just to see and it worked. I know that it’s not related just thought it was comical. Changed review to 4 stars!

Still Doesn’t Work
I previously downloaded the app. Tapped the link from MD’s office and it took me to a web page and when I pressed the open button it took me to the app’s page on the App Store. When I pressed the open button there, it said that I could only open the app directly from the link the MD sent. Running a brand new iPho e SE2 on iOS 13.4.1

No dr. Visit
Didn’t work. Dr sent many text links but when connected to App it wouldn’t open. Decided to do a phone call. This is a problem since this is the app that my medical providers are using.I couldn’t find it in the app store for my IPad.

I’ve tried working this out with my doctor and their IT department, but every time I get a link and click it, it takes me to the App Store instead of the App. The developers’ work around mentioned in other reviews does not work.

Didn’t work
My doctor sent numerous links this morning, I tried each one and even closed all other apps and rebooted my phone and still wouldn’t work. There appears to be a bug that instead of opening the app directly from the provided link, that routes you through the App Store, makes you click open and the app error screen appears, stating that your Heath care provider must send you a meeting/session, etc.

Waiting for Provider
Received link from Doc, the link opens the App Store (IOS), Click on Open, then displays my image(right corner) and Waiting for Provider display... Provider never connected... The Doc tried 3 times and gave up...

Had to change content restrictions so my daughter could talk to her doctor. What inappropriate content does this app have that it needs to be restricted to 17+?
Plus, it doesn’t look like there’s a way to manually enter a meeting ID, so I’ll have to log in on her iPad as well.
