Removed the timer for the service beginning
USELESS
6am came and instead of the service the news played!!
App was early!
Used the app this morning for the service but it was early which meant we were standing at the end of our driveway with everything happening before 6am! Ruined the experience for us and probably our neighbours too!
Silent App
As it was time for the Anzac the app went silent. I had to use my radio on my phone to listen to it. It was a disaster!
Where is 2021 version
Don’t stop now. We in Timor used this app. Update it for this year.

We all tried to do the right thing then on the morning I was fiddling around on my phone trying to get sound. I felt like an inconsiderate brat during the minutes silence. Disappointed. Luckily our neighbours had a radio they rushed to get and some locals played the Last Post.
Waste of my time
Wouldn’t connect to ABC radio for the dawn service, very disappointing, missed the last post had to switch to triple M app to here the remainder of dawn service
Sound issue
When we first got the app the sound wasn’t working for us, So we just tapped the candle tried everything we could. It wasn’t working at all the candle went out and everything, We deleted the app and got it back but the same thing happen so we went into the app double clicked home button went to a different app and then went back into Anzac Day 2020 app and it worked (IPHONE ONLY)

What a fantastic idea, and the app made it so easy. My daughter joined me, and a neighbour.
No sound.
Downloaded it a few days before Anzac, all good working great. Told people all about it. Then Anzac Day, had my candle lit. No sound, no ABC radio, nothing. Luckily my Dad had the good ol little radio. Really disappointed, because it sounded so great to be part of the driveway ceremony, and to have it nearly ruined was not nice.

Very poor app
Nothing but a let down as it all worked up till the time of the Dawn Service starting then nothing so had no choice but to go to You Tube and stream it straight from the ABC site .Very poor effort on such an important day.
wouldn’t work when needed
i tested the night before and it was working fine but then when it came to the next morning it didn’t work and we missed a lot of the service trying to figure it out

As with many others, this app didn’t work when it was needing to! Very disappointing!
Didn’t work on the day
Downloaded this app the day before. Set up was easy & it seemed to work just fine. It was giving me a count down to the ceremony start time & playing the local ABC radio but on the day the candle lit at 5:30 but no radio. Couldn’t hear the ceremony at all. I closed down the app & restarted it & this time even the candle didn’t work, nothing. Ended up downloading the ABC radio app & listened to the ceremony on that. This app was a waste of time.

Disappointed
Worked leading up to the day. No sound when needed on the day. This would be fabulous if it worked when needed - please fix for 2021.

Great idea but unfortunately we missed the whole Anzac service because we were relying on this app which didn’t work. Really disappointed!
Great idea, very disappointed.
Downloaded the app the night before ANZAC Day. Opened it at 0530 the next day, didn’t work at all. Deleted and re-downloaded it, still no change. Great idea but needs to be fixed. No sound, no animation, not worth downloading until it’s fixed.
Streamed ABC radio instead but there was a delay so timing was very off.

Worked the night before when I set it up but on Anzac Day got no sound
It let me down
The app was working fine this morning at 5.30am this morning but the time it was really needed it let me down with pure silence.
At 6am the candle lit up but with no last post, no bugle, no transfer to a memorial service and stayed silent for 5 minutes, when it returned to the radio broadcast it kept cutting out.
My driveway attendance was there but it was solo. The app was a nice concept such a shame it failed, better luck next year.
