Will automatically crash and only stays open for a split second. I tried absolutely everything to fix the problem, nothing works. Do not download this app if you want something you can actually use.
Don’t! There’s better apps
Tried it alongside some over language apps like TEUIDA. This one is horrific. As soon as I tried lesson one it throws sentences at you, not even just one word ones to build up to it. I get the pitch is important but pronunciation of words and saying them correctly has more value. The app could do so much better but I wouldn’t say it’s beginner friendly. Honestly use the many other better apps out there.

AI based Japanese
I’m a native Japanese. I wanted to see if I can recommend it to my students but unfortunately, the voice is produced by AI, and sentences sounded weird. The idea is good but it needs improvement absolutely.
App automatically crashes
I downloaded this app just a moment ago. Then I exited out of the app. Whenever I click on the app again, it just crashes in a split second. I’ve tried redownloading the app, and restarting my phone, nothing works. Please fix this app.
I’m conflicted
On the one hand I really like the idea of this and can see it being really useful. On the other, I wish that there was just a bit more in the free version and I was disappointed that the app is only checking tone, not pronunciation or what you are actually saying at all (I got 99% by just saying “ahhhhhhh” but matching the tone curve.
I think this has a lot of potential, and I hope to be able to update this review in the future with more stars.
