Cannot edit the claim and resubmit. While tried to edit and resubmit the claim it thrown an error after signature signed.
False info in benefit
The new app has a section for your benefit but if the info is inaccurate. I see most of my benefits are not used a penny but when claim my expenses, they reject it. They say you used your limit! But it’s been a month, the limit is not used up.
I don’t know who is wrong here, the dev team, SMEs or the claim operators, nevertheless the damage is mine! I escalated it, they keep sending me the same response, like robots! No management, no action, just the same horse stuff.

Today, for some reason, the system hung and did not respond. The clinic wanted to see my insurance card; but the OTP system got stuck for a few minutes. And then suddenly 10 OTPs came!
