Great support
Great support team, efficient and courteous.
The very recent 2.4 update has taken a while to come but so far looks like the upload issues that had appeared recently now resolved.
Good system and process and very strong support team.

Gute Bilder App
Gute Führung durch die Bilderstrecke und einfaches Umsetzen der Herstelleranforderungen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
Terrible
The app needs some serious improvements, need to be able to cut for multiple videos and be able to send to both email and mobile. Need to be able to change a video of an error Is made without doing the whole thing again and be able to save login details
Not on par with competitors
Not optimised for newer phones and videos can get stuck at 100% generating assets and not upload - causing you to need to redo it
Sections of videos can not be retaken if something goes wrong so you have to start from the beginning

Far from competitor
Scren is not right proportion in my iphone 13 mini. And app doesn’t remember login details..
Easy to use, especially for capturing video
Our dealer group implemented this recently and we now use it instead of a photographer. It’s fairly straightforward and has features to help get the camera to take the right angle but now find it easy and quick. Def need a tripod though.
Love that you can capture all the other types of images in one app.
Def like video function. Good stabilisers and the short sections mean it looks better than what we were uploading.
Overall easy and quick to use.

RUBBISH - Please read
You cannot put more than one video at a time your restricted on what you can do and video quality differs on each video. We have recently been using this more than 80 times a day to send across different videos and photos. Complete waste of time need to make big improvements from the developers !!
It is a pain to use
I use this daily and just had loads of little issues that make it hard to use, from the screen autolocking while doing a video unless you touch the screen to it storing all videos made in your phones memory even though you can not view them and if a call comes in you loose the video that you are doing. It is just not a easy straightforward app it should be.

Functional but severely lacking in features
The app gets the job done, but it’s lacking the most basic of features that can turn what is supposed to be a quick job into pure frustration.
For instance - why is there no “tap to focus/expose” implemented? The amount of times I’ve had to make huge adjustments to the shot is ridiculous at this point. Or a photo being improperly exposed to begin with. What is the need for it? SURELY it’s already baked into the camera API?
My next frustration (and could even be considered a way to fix the above issue) is why is there not the ability to just import from the photo library? I’ve gone from using an iPhone X to now an iPhone 12 Pro and in the stock photo app (or any other app that uses the standard camera API well) the photos are exemplary. Using this app, all photos of the cars we shoot now are so badly exposed or out of focus etc etc. Surely the ability to import from the photo library would work better?
Thirdly, why is it still not optimised for the newer displays that have now been around for over 3 years? It can be a pain having to type on a condensed keyboard, as well as having such a small portion of the display available to use.
The actual function of uploading the photos and sending videos to customers does work as expected, but the rest of this app needs a lot of work.

useless app
no way to use this app.
Crashes constantly.
This app is decent when its working. It’s just never working.
As a sales exec attempting to use this everyday, it is extremely frustrating to not be able to send videos to customers.
It needs fixing asap.

Crashes, looses progress and slow
Not going to lie, great idea. But it is not put together very well. I used many apps to take photographs and this must be the most annoying time consuming ones ever. When it looses data after 10 minutes so I have to repeat the process, Bit of a back handed slap as I’m using an iPhone SX max.
Tried the app on the iPad’s but its the same scenario.
This app needs a major update, and option to get rid of the guidelines.

Crashes, lags, looses progress
I appreciate the idea of the app and how it’s meant to improve the process of taking pictures of stock.
However this app is poorly made, not optimised and lacking really obvious features. I used to spend 5 minutes with a car, running around with my DSLR but not 20 minutes.
The app regularly crashes and looses all progress. Why is progress not saved as you go on ? Why is there no drafts/in process section.
The auto level feature has a mind of its own. Sometimes I’ll end up having to hold my phone above my head to get a shot.
When doing the videos of the car why is there redo but that doesn’t start the entire progress again ?
I am using an iPhone XS Max so it is more than capable of running this app.
I’d love to write a more positive review but as the app currently stands I cannot. Much improvement needed. An update every 3 months just isn’t good enough.
I’d be happy to be contacted to help test new features etc.
