Terrible
This app is the worst. Every time I try to open it, the screen is blank. So I have deleted and re-added the app 3 times now. Each time, I lose my information. This should be working effortlessly while at the conference!
Sync issues
Cannot check my schedule due to sync issues. This makes the app useless. Tried contacting support and that is nonexistent as well. Please fix.

Won’t load. Uninstalled, reinstalled, keeps saying can’t connect with server

Not sure why they did not put more effort or money into using an app developer who could create something that works consistently and is user friendly. It’s kind of embarrassing that the American Association of Occupational Therapists did not prioritize something being functional.

Nope. App doesn’t work
The app just totally bombed. It will not open the schedule or anything. Continues to fail and generate a “try again” error. Do not download.
Poorly designed and difficult to use
It is difficult to get basic information about sessions and schedules and I wish I could just see a printed version. Brief descriptions of sessions are so vague that they are not helpful in understanding what is to be presented.
