Bad app
Will not let me log in, have tried to contact customer support, avoid app.
AI help assistant hallucinates
When using the customer support option, it defaults to Chinese rather than the language set in the app. It also provides bad answers applicable to other products despite asking what product you are using. I’ve had to reconnect the app to my bike multiple times. It won’t let me shut down my bike from the app, stating it must be in “Park” mode, but there is no way to put the bike in “Park” mode (using the kickstand does not work).

Don’t get the app!
Do not get this app!!!!!! It’s so annoying! So hard to connect with products. I spent an hour trying to figure this out and got nowhere. Before it got an update it was fine!

This app does not work. The cost of the products, app should help monitor battery life and performance. App Not working, it doesn’t allow me to register after purchase of luggage. Luggage currently not working

Can’t use
I’m not sure about the actual app, but the registration process is garbage. I’ve tried via email and cell phone and get no registration. To actually get on the app.
