I had the same experience. If you click on update it spins. I let it go for over 24 hours without success. Deleted and reloaded. It downloads if you don’t click update. Ok. Then days later I got an error message when I tried to sign in - enter a valid email address . Tried 4 times on my iPad and 4 times on my iPhone. Then tried to send a message to support. Would not send. Worthless app. Why didn’t they test it?

Unusable - downloading data

As soon as I downloaded the app from the Apple Store it prompted me to update and has displayed a message saying “preparing app- downloading data” for hours. This has persisted even after I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
