Great place to live
This is a great place to call home. It is a safe community and kids play outside all the time! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and always here for us should we need anything. The grounds are always well maintained and the maintenance staff will come within the next days when you need something. The front office staff always has a smile on their faces and our neighbors are kind. We hope to live here for years to come

Functionality fail.
I filled put the message form for more info on a property and it would not send. I called the phone number and got a voicemail telling me to email for info. Horrible customer experience with not one question answered.
Why do they do this??
The Ag will not allow you to change your email!!!!

This app is the worst. Every time you click on a listing, it grays out and then you can’t click on it anymore.

Apartment guide
False advertising by woods springs suites in Bakersfield, California. They have it listed at $899 but then when I called the receptionist says $1300 for 28 days with a $200 deposit. If that ain’t fraudulent I don’t know what is !!!

I’ve lived here for 1 year the neighbors are great and I hardly have any issues other than the dryers here melting my clothes so I have to do laundry elsewhere.

There are tons of rental sites out there. But for me this site is very thorough is finding the types of places I’m seeking based on my criteria.
Don't trust & waste of time
Just like the other apartment apps they provide false or outdated info. We scheduled a virtual tour, must have been a bot, then received a message stating no tours available along with a giant price difference.
