Worth the money!
We have been residing here for the last two and a half years and the community is completely safe
and protected. Lush greenery surrounds the apartment complex making it an absolute delight for the joggers and evening walkers.

a gym that’s neatly taken care of. The swimming pool is well-maintained too.

Not working correctly
I will leave my WARNING HERE. The Message I received was, Invalid user. So I could not write a review in the complex that I’m sueing. Looks like the ratings are controlled by the individual complex. Otherwise they’d have no stars, NONE, and I’d be able to read the reviews. Northfield court Apts, HARVARD Illinois is a death trap!! I wanted to save lives, get the word out about the slumlord cunat. I only wish you had a negative rating, these people belong in hell.

Barely usable
The website is terrific and useful, this app is a different story. I can search for places but once I click a listing I can’t view any further details. I can see a place has 77 ratings but can’t view any. I click to see the reviews and it doesn’t do anything. If I click view floor plans it launches the website version anyway.

Fair
I haven’t been using the app for very long, but I’ve noted both positive and negative things about it. It mostly does what I want it to do, though it would be nice to be able to search for apartments by star rating, and by features like whether apartments have dishwashers or washers and dryers in the units. Tapping the heart icon to mark an apartment complex as a favorite doesn’t work – you tap the heart, it turns white, and then within one second goes back to its empty, pre-tap state. I’ve been emailing interesting complexes to myself instead (that icon, right next to the malfunctioning heart icon, does work). Not sure whether I might be more successful just using the website. The app does seem to handle the basics okay though.

Constant crashing
I’m not one to typically write reviews but their website advertised the app so I hoped it would be a more convenient way to browse apartment ratings while I search for a new complex to live in. None of the reviews were recent, so I hoped that the app would perform better by now. This was not the case. I cannot use this app for more than a couple minutes without it crashing, rendering it pretty much unusable. If they fixed their performance, then I would probably give it 4 stars.

There is no way to search/sort by number of reviews and average review score, making this app utterly worthless.

Nice update! I get to see what buildings are nearby - both with and without availability - and also get to read reviews about them. I've used Apartment Ratings many times in my apartment search in two different cities and I simply can't live without it. It's my go-to when apartment hunting. I love that it now has apartment rental prices and availability so I can do it all in one place. Terrific work, guys!

Great opportunity
Xchange is a wonderful location. I lived here for 3 years and I had no complains about anything. Everyone was always on top of everything and maintenance always responds immediately. The grounds are kept very clean which is a must for me! As far as moving out, I will be serious; I was a bit skeptical about receiving my deposit. I chose to be present during the move out inspection. I was charged for things that we both agreed on and I have to say he was very fair and reasonable. I have no complaints and would for sure recommend this place to any of my friends.

Super helpful, stress reliever 😀
In a few minutes, I was able to find a pet friendly, 1 bed 1 bath apartment in the area that I wanted in my price range. Then by skimming some user reviews I was able to narrow the list down quickly by getting a sense of the building manager and the neighborhood noise. Really easy to use and extremely helpful. This app made gathering information easy, which dialed down the stress of my move a lot.
