whenever I select an apartment to view the app crashes and closes itself, very frustrating
All errors!
This app freezes when I try to create an account. When I finally could, there was an error prompt and no listings.

There is too many scammers on this website. This app should fix this problem.
Closes while creating an account
Every time I try creating an account, the app closes. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not allowing me to create an account.
Unfortunate side affects so far…
The app takes a little while to load. Unfortunately because there is a glitch only 3 apartments have the price listed the rest say ASK! This is not leagl, also there is no way to flag fraudulent listings either!

Every listing I was interested in could NOT be found available anywhere else online!! The photos used for each listing was for a property that had been sold/leased over a year ago!!
This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had while apartment shopping!!! Every rep that replies to me were obviously scammers!! They refused to give a tour, harassed me, and demanded I pay them ASAP!! They kept trying to link me to “TripAdvisor” stating that I had to pay for the apartment via that site before being allowed to tour the property!! If you Google this kind of interaction you’d see that this is a known scam!!! How is this even permitted?! Don’t fall for this scammer app!! Stick to “Zillow” or “Apartments.com”…

Just awful, useless app
So I spoke with quite a few rental agencies and it seems this app does not allow those companies to update their information and some of the information on the app is almost 2 years old if not older what a piece of garbage
Don’t trust apartment people are trying to rent out themselves
The apartment on 815 F St NE Washington DC is a scam. This guy took all money for two months and never gave my keys or documents to the apartment but kept asking for more money. You have no way to report the person on the apps so the next person won’t became a victim. This app need to have a Report button on it. There’s a lot scammers on there

Bad App
The app constantly crashes. I’m currently trying to view pictures of units and every time I click on the pictures the app crashes.
Tons of units are listed as available but aren’t actually available. There’s no obvious way to report listings that are no longer available so the app is littered with unavailable apartments that are marked as available.

I called one place and the prices were more expensive than listed on the app

Please be careful when you are looking for apartment most of them of this app it’s a scam I just want to let you guys know to not get this app because most of these apartments are a scam!!
Inaccurate Information
I’m using the app to search right now (12/2021), and none of the information on pricing or availability is accurate. It does bring up a lot of places, but I have to search for each property’s website to get actual information.
shareable links don’t work
it just links you to the app page and doesn’t load the listing. please fix
Beware of Scams!
Too many listings that are scam. Check the ID on Google… it will lead you to “No results” or the same home already listed for sale, not rent!
Unusable- needs to be fixed
App continues to crash. Will not allow me to search. Error: location services not available- I should be able to search within the app without my location enabled. Please fix
