Straightforward

The app is not as sophisticated as a mega bank app, but that is not why you chose to bank with a credit union. The app is straightforward, easy to use and works well.

Dissatisfied

Trying to cash a check can be a nightmare. Apparently my phone is too old to even log in (iPhone 7) and when I tried to use a friend’s phone I can’t even input a check. Love the bank but the fact I have to be in person to place a check is disappointing.

Improve log in

Log in requires too many steps on my iPad. Also, shouldn’t have to hunt for the log out symbol.
