App not working showing server error. Every time

It is true it never opens directly
Require bug fixing
Even after removing old app and installation of new app, it is not working as intensely. Whenever try to open app, message pops up stating that update is available…when the tab is clicked, it takes to App Store, but there is no update…in fact every time it takes to App Store just to open the app….
