Apex Data: Just Health

The Apex Data App is a flexible application that houses custom-built assessments tailor-made for specific client needs. Apex Data provides immediate reports using the responses from our data collection tools including our flagship health screen, Just Health. Just Health improves communication between patients and healthcare providers. The survey includes domains of home and school life, health behaviors, safety and injuries, feelings and well-being, sexual health, and substance use – and the interconnection between conditions and risk factors that cut across domains. The Just Health survey tool and the Apex Data App are about using technology to enhance human interaction and, ultimately, improve the quality of healthcare. Because, ultimately: Mental health is just health. Sexual health is just health.
