Hospital only for unit members
I am very disappointed with the management of Apex Hospital. I was feeling unwell and had been waiting for my turn for almost an hour. When my turn finally came, a unit member tried to send their own relatives inside before me. Even after I insisted and went in, the same unit member called the doctor outside and got their relatives seen in another chamber.
This experience made it very clear that the hospital seems to give priority only to the relatives of their staff rather than the patients who are genuinely waiting in line. This is completely unprofessional and unfair.
A hospital should treat every patient equally. Unfortunately, Apex Hospital failed to do so.
