Love the watch but the app stinks!
If for whatever reason, the app chooses to unsync your watch, good luck getting back in! The company needs to hire some better communicator in all languages and better programmers for the app!

Purchased just before Christmas worked fine until a week ago when it stopped merging information with the app. Not impressed

I have had to make multiple accounts because it says that my account has been logged in on another phone.
Log out too often
The watch keep login out and won’t long back in. Please update the app. Wonder if it iPhone problem. My daughter have a Samsun and never expérience this issue.
Solid
Better than expected. I’ve had a Fitbit which I liked a lot, but i broke it after 4 years. Saw this on special and got it. Honestly, it’s pretty decent. It’s not perfect but it’s still a solid watch that gives you good data. For the price, it’s more than worth it. Also has a nice look to it. I got the apex fit plus.

Step count
I am some what happy with the watch but the step count is way off. The watch says that I have done 7,000 but my phone says that I have done 12,000. So there is 5,000 steps uncounted so it is not very reliable. I would have assumed that it would be the same.
Can’t sign into the app
I have a iPhone SE2 and while I can fill in my name and email as soon as I go to submit the info that button is overlaid by the terms and conditions link making impossible to register my watch and actually use the app except as a “guest “
Would not suggest
I bought this watch.
It worked the first month then the power button stopped working.
Then it would say “please enter a valid email adress” after it had signed me out.

Pulsations aléatoires
Simple a mettre en fonction avec notifications pour peu de frais. Sauf que les lectures de pulsations sont aléatoires. Ne pas se fier aux lectures cardiaques, elles ne représente aucunement la réalité.
Horrible App
Steps are wrong, sleep doesn’t work, actually nothing works on app. Cant customize face, can’t read time using your picture. Good job I only paid $22 for watch

App keeps logging me out
I keep getting logged out of the app and get the message that my account is logged in on another device even though it is not. The only fix is to reset my password every time or reinstall the app
How about some help?
I’m trying to open an account and the app won’t accept any of my passwords. Tried going to website for help and it appears huge and unreadable.
Error on login
Works first few times logging in but eventually get errors that my account is already logged in. Have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it to be able to log in again.
Logging me out
Every week or so, it keeps saying that I’m logged in on another phone. Which isn’t true since I don’t have another phone.

This app worked ok for a few months but then logged me out and won’t let me log back in; says my account is logged on on another device but I don’t have the app on any other device. I sent an email weeks ago to get help but no one has responded. I’m ready to give up on this app and the watch
Keeps signing me out
Randomly I can’t access the app. It tells me I’ve been signed into another phone and the only fix is uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
