I understand it is the first of its kind here in Arunachal but it just does not work. Thereâs no go ahead button. The destination and pick up address just shows the same location and there are never any cars available. The whole point of having a cab service is defeated as soon as you download the app and open the Home Screen. It was also really frustrating to manually locate your destination and pick up address because the maps does not recognise ANY landmarks.

Error in location detection.
The selected landmark doesnât work. Had to pay unnecessary additional just the error in the app itself.

Happy to see the first app-based taxi service in Arunachal Pradesh. The app is easy to use, the booking process is smooth, and the service feels reliable. Drivers are polite and rides are comfortable. A good step towards easier travel in the state.
