It worked for me
I was in fit h3ll after getting new shoes. Constant tweeks and struggling to get near my FTP. Friend recommended this app, I was desperate and was ready to try anything. After submitting video, it suggested to raise my saddle 2.4cm. I thought “no way” but I did it anyway. Boom. Bike finally feels right again. I had been going in the wrong direction. Thank you so much APIIR for restoring my enjoyment of my bike.

Super easy to use
Been wanting to try this app for a long time. And use the excuse of my wife doing a charity ride to do a bike fit on a the app was so easy to use and explained everything very well. We’re going on a ride this weekend to see how it feels and then go back to try and tweak it a bit more. Very impressed.

Took my money twice and never completed the bike fit
The app took my measurements then I paid to go to the next step to get my new bike fit and it never went to the next step. I did it twice with the same results.

Love this app. Super simple to use and sorted my pains in a single fit. Way easier than going to a bike fitter.

This App didn’t seem to have a clue to what it was doing, it had my saddle height all over the place, a waste of money.
Great tool
I feel this is a great tool for a basic bike fit and to help create a comfortable position on the bike. I’ve been struggling with knee pain when riding but after using the app and the feedback around positioning after reviewing me peddling etc I made the suggested changes and so far so good. Also feel much more comfortable in general when on the bike

Kept failing
I was very down on this app because I couldn’t get it to fully work. But after around with which jersey I was wearing I was finally able to get it to work. My two big criticisms is that it is difficult to find out how to contact their support. And, I wish when the app’s AI failed at reading your video that it would give some suggestions on what to do to fix it.

Kept failing
I used an area with the best lighting and contrast I have and the app just continually failed on the bike fit. The app doesn’t offer any way to contact customer support either. Just a FAQ that wasn’t particularly helpful. At least it’s only $23 down the drain.
Great app
A nice, easy to use app to help you get more comfortable on the bike. Reasonably priced and easy to set up means you can quickly get down to the business of improving your fit. Nice developer who is very responsive and keen to keep improving.
