Love The App but Support Stinks

I’ve tried several beekeeping apps and this one is by far my favorite for offering a simple, quick interface and the features I’m looking for: inspections, notes, images, financials, actions taken, hive data tracking, calendars, to-dos, reminder alerts, etc. There are no tutorials or manuals available and some features are unclear on the proper way to use them. There are several improvements/functionality I would like to see, but their support is pretty much non-existent, they never respond, so no hope there. That is why I gave it a 4 rating vs a 5 rating, because of the lack of support, instructions and feedback. Hoping they keep improving.

Just short of great

A few issues make this a bit short of great.
No November or December in foraging.
The app crashes at time and need to restart.
Otherwise, very good and well designed

Good app but they track!

I’ve been using this app for a year now and it grew on me. However I just noticed that this app collects a lot of your data attached to your profile! Not sure why they do that anyways I’m switching off of this one and to another one that doesn’t!

Thank you for your feedback and for using ApiManager! Just to clarify — all data in ApiManager belongs entirely to you. It is stored securely and is never shared with anyone else. What you may have seen is the Timeline, which simply records your own actions (inspections, feedings, harvests, etc.) to help you track your apiary history. It’s visible only to you and meant to make beekeeping records easier to manage. We completely respect your privacy and are always transparent about how data is used — your apiary data stays yours, always.

Great tracking tool

Have enjoyed using the app and has a lot of functions for all levels of beekeeping.
Customer support / contact is challenging, have used the report bug, suggest idea & feedback options and on the last 3 occasions have had no response. Have subscribed for up 1000 but access is only available to me not the others listed in my organization.

Unusable app

In order to add a hive, an apiary must first be added. It will not allow selection of the forage or country, so an apiary can’t be added. This makes the app 100% useless.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced. This issue was related to an older version of the app (1.4.1) and has since been resolved. You should now be able to create an apiary and add hives without any problems. ApiManager has been significantly improved over time, with many new features and fixes added. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate if you could give the latest version another try. And if you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out — I’ll be happy to help.

Great app and easy to use

New to bee keeping and this is a great way to record everything
It would be good to see tasks appearing on the calendar from the task list. Current and completed as a quick visual planning reference. It would also be good to be able o add photographs from photo gallery on phone or iPad,

Great features

But there are to many bugs. Idk if you buy a subscription if the bugs would be less. Wish I knew. This app could really be amazing for beekeepers

Works Great - Picture Import Would Be Nice

Works great, would be better if I could import photos from the camera roll on my phone rather than have to take them while in the app

Please add

Hello editor/maker of this app. In the photo gallery please make a button so you can put photos on from the phones gallery. That’s it. Thanks for making this app (I’m a beekeeper and it just got simple) because it was time consuming with pen and paper

Everything a beekeeper needs

This is an excellent app for a beekeeper to keep track of EVERYTHING and I mean absolutely everything, this app can be used to keep track of your hive progress in a very detailed and easy way as well as track finances and flowering in your area, it does EVERYTHING! There are a few small bugs that sometimes make it a little harder to use, but the concept of the app is incredible, I’ve tried other apps that try to do the same thing but none compare to this and it’s ability to track everything in great detail, highly recommend.
