Terrible app.
I have been trying to add my banking account for an hour straight. The app keeps crashing and bringing up pages of coding. I have never used an app that made it so difficult to pay my bills.
Great when it works
The app is not glamorous and is not designed to be. It’s functional for the most part. Periodically there are parts of the app that stop working. The Zelle section of the app randomly stopped working today. Zelle section does not render and appears blank. Better luck next time?
Mobile Deposit Issue
New app isn’t working for mobile deposit. It shows a “checking registration” message then never loads…..Old app worked better.
Worse than the previous version
The old app used to work, then several months ago it constantly failed to load at all. Sometimes if you waited long enough it would load. Now the new app isn’t even updating from the App Store.
APLFCU is a great bank, app could be better
APLFCU recently re-wrote their online banking app.
They addressed a lot of issues and improved security.
The one big thing they missed is the iPad app. It is vertical aspect only. Seems like a big over-site for people that use a keyboard with their iPad.
I took off two stars for that.

Terrible
This app is awful. It always crashes. Sometimes doesn’t even let you log in for hours to days at a time. Extremely inconvenient. I need a bank to have reliable online banking options and this just simply isn’t it.
Single account access only
Unlike the previous version of the app, you can only access a single account, which is disappointing. It generally works, but isn’t nearly as slick as the Apps for the big banks.

I have been with my APL credit Union for over twenty three years and it’s been a true asset to my success .
App is fine. Tellers are poorly trained.
On 12/13/22, she deposited the check into the wrong account. She was confused about how much was being deposited & how much cash back I wanted. Then she asked me to sign a receipt even though I already signed the deposit slip for cash back.
Works but has a lot to learn
App is great for viewing information about your account, but is confusing when it comes to paying bills. Just wanted to pay my card off and there is no simple way to do that it would seem.
There is time to grow and change. So I hope to see this work better soon.

Check deposit feature keeps crashing
Took 6 attempts to get my check deposited. Kept crashing while taking the picture
Improvements are great
Trucho better. Staff are willing to work with us when we have issues which we rarely do.

The app takes a sold 5~10seconds to fully load. And when leaving a review you can’t see what you’ve written.
Do you even use your own app?
Why in the world did you change the app to make transfers require even more clicks? Have the developers used the app for their own banking?

Horrible app
I am constantly keep getting log out .
When i go to log back in . It say there a error .i have to call the bank to re log back in and change my password. His has happened more 3 times .

Your mobile web app is not reliable!
I have tried for 3 days to pay my car payment. I couldn’t get the app to work on my IPad. I finally had to load it on my phone and deposit the check.
