Smooth app but live routes not accurate
The app is smooth on iOS and payment also works okay but the bus live tracking are not in real time. Not syncing properly. Rest is okay and simple.
Payment functionality is not working on iOS
I am living in Pune and sometimes commute for my work purpose through PMPML bus. As I am a iPhone user I tried ApliPMPML bus app for purchasing bus ticket. This apps payment functionality is not working so this issue needs to be resolved as city commuters would need this functionality to buy a bus ticket when required.

Payment Not Working in iOS App
Facing a major issue on the Apli PMPML iOS app. Whenever I try to book a ticket and proceed to payment, an “Unauthorized” error popup appears and the transaction cannot be completed.
This issue is reproducible every time and makes the app unusable for ticket booking. Tried multiple fixes like re-login, app reinstall, and different payment methods, but nothing worked.

Need exact stops and bus no + bug keep asking update while there is none
Doesn’t help like google maps, showing various options nearby. It keeps asking that update is available but there is no update -available..

When I launch on ios, it's showing please update but when tried to update, no update is there direct showing open option in Appstore

Let me tell you a fined story, this app doesn’t have a stop at where a bus stops to pick a passengers, like imagine I get in the bus at ‘xyz’ station and my destination is ‘zyx’ and I try to get a ticket from my station according to the bus route, but that bus station doesn’t exists, just cause its a small station, my bad I wasn’t carrying cash cause your servers fails everytime and app doesn’t work right, so I tried to show the higher authority and they said we cant help it you suppose to carry cash, now you gotta give fine. Why you even brought this app to existence lol

Worst worst worst app…
Today I paid 70 rs to day pass and pass showed on the app in afternoon something went wrong and my all data deleted on the app and also my current pass which i have to show while travelling and changing the buses… but my pass and all pass history just vanished…. What if I met with the checker on the return journey.. that people are ready to get cost what should one do if anything like this happened..😒

Poor App Performance and Unable to Register or Track
This app is not user-friendly. While raising a complaint, registration is required, but during registration, the OTP is not received. Because of this, I am unable to register and therefore not able to raise any complaint. Even the bus tracking feature doesn’t work properly. The app needs major improvements for smooth registration, OTP delivery, and real-time tracking.

Live bus tracker does not working
Live bus tracking does not work properly. For example, I wanted to travel from Viman Nagar to Chinchwad, so I was supposed to take bus number 336. On the live bus tracker, it was showing bus 336, but when the bus actually arrived at the stop, it turned out to be bus number 149. This is a major bug in the application. Moreover, the timetable shown in the schedule never matches, as no bus actually arrives at the mentioned time.

No payment option available in IOS
I was trying to make a payment through this app and also i want to make a note that i use the cred app for payments, after i select the route and all there is no option for payment ,it show like no UPI apps found on this device, please solve this ASAP, i am a daily user and i need to carry some unnecessary change for small travell instead of doing a fast online payment

I was unable to book tickets but thanks to the new update the app is at least functional now.

"Failed to initiate transaction." This issue makes the app practically unusable for buying tickets or passes digitally.
The interface is clean and the bus schedule info is helpful, but without working payments, the core purpose of the app is lost. This has been an issue for months, and no proper fix has been released.
Please address this as soon as possible. iOS users are being left behind.

App Doesn’t Work on iPhone – No Buses, No Tickets
This app is completely non-functional on iPhones. It doesn’t show any buses, stops, or routes — and worst of all, you can’t even book a ticket. The core features simply don’t work, making the app useless for daily commuters. It’s frustrating to see such poor support for iOS users. Please fix these bugs and make the app reliable across platforms. Public transport users deserve better.

Fix the issue of payment when initiate the payment then message ‘failed to initiate transaction’. It was working before but suddenly stopped working. Worst government app
This app is not for ios because in my device I is not working. I had been downloaded and reinstalled more than 4-5 times but still it works like it is designed and developed by a child. I still didn’t find that as soon as I proceed to pay or put end stop it stop working . I request to app developers please take this as a serious note because you are taking a hefty tax and increasing price of Ticket makes us disappointed.

Useful app but needs improvement
No way to save payment option details like VPA or card details. User has to input this information every time. Hope this will be addressed in next update.

Routes need text search ability
Right now the app only allows you to search a route number, and then one may view the stops. But what if someone knows only the destination but not the route number? One should in such a situation be able to search say senapati bapat road or poolgate and get the route numbers that cover this area.
