Unusable

This app ceased working immediately after updating to iPadOS 26.2. It opens but just sits there with a spinning icon in the middle of the screen. I have no problem viewing if I go directly to the web-site with Safari Browser.

Great when it’s working

I love APOD and look forward to each day’s photo or video. It’s very disheartening when I the servers are down.
My favorite is a photo of the sun in ultraviolet. It’s stunningly beautiful.

APOD is a quick easy way to get to today’s astronomy picture of the day and get it full screen with just a tap. Navigation buttons would be nice, if I forgot to open it for a few days I need to go to NASA for previous days.
