This is my first ever review on the App Store. I’m going to keep this plain and simple. If you are not required to have this service, do not waste your time. This is the worst internet service I have ever used. You have to log in every single time after you disconnect from it and sometimes it doesn’t let you log in. You are better off using your data.

This service is not good and very spotty. It glitches out constantly and they don't fix it.
why would anyone use this
like genuinely. why would any college campus choose to use a wifi distributor that spontaneously cuts out in the middle of finals week. worst and most frustrating situation in my life. i regressed in my anger issues because of this app
Don’t use
Apogee spontaneously deleted everything for our entire dorm floor, now I can’t even get anything back on it.
Terrible application
College recently got this Wi-Fi, it’s very hard to using manual mac address every time you want to add a device. The app itself is very buggy, you can’t even sign in no matter how many times you click the sign in button but somehow every other option in the application works. Overall terrible app, if you have to use this good luck to you.

This app doesn’t work
Terrible app. My college just “upgraded” to use this software. Kicks my laptop off the service regularly, errors out at 4 devices… good luck adding multiple computers or laptops to this. It’s a terrible service to be indirectly paying into through my wildly high college internet fee. People don’t use this unless you absolutely have too, and if you do god speed.

I’m still using Data
I’ve been at my college for 3 months now and I’ve never written a review on anything. However, I’m still using my data on my phone since I’ve moved here. It’s so bad that I can’t even connect to it and support has been no help.
Wet Soggy Trash.
Thank god I have one bar of cellular service or else I wouldn’t be able to write this review. Apogee is constantly going out, slower than my geriatric grandma walking on the beach, and more worthless than a bucket with no bottom. I don’t know why every college lately has been choosing to downgrade to this misery but someone needs to be fired. #wifijustice

Don’t use
Easily the worst wifi I have ever had. A glaringly incompetent company that schools should stop using.

I would bet real money that I could not find a worse wifi if I tried. Good luck trying to be even somewhat productive online with the connection you get from this company. If you work from home, forget it, call in sick until you find a new provider. I have never had so many issues with wifi before in my life.

Worst App on the App Store
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used in my many years of using apps on the App Store. Even the most basic things in this app don’t work. Even loading the app won’t work sometimes. You should just fire the developers of this app, because obviously they’re terrible at their job. I don’t understand how something as basic as a simple internet connection doesn’t work. Unreal.

Worst Product/Service Ever Created
This service never ceases to amaze me with how bad it is. The only thing consistent about it is how consistently difficult it is to stay connected to the wifi. All the ppl who work there must have mental disabilities or else there’s no way a service like this could exist. The App Store making a minimum of 1/5 Stars is a massive overestimation of what you will be getting with this service. As most of the reviews will tell you, never ever get this product because I swear on my life it will be worst than ur provider before. I didn’t like spectrum, but that seems like Heaven compared to apogee. Every single time I come back to school it seems to be worst. The only joy it’s ever brought me was reading the reviews about this terrible, incompetent, absolutely pitiful excuse for a company. It was nice knowing my experience was shared, and how unanimously despised apogee is. I hope whoever at my school is responsible for choosing apogee is not only fired, but also punished severely in medieval ways

Save Yourself While You Can!!!!!!!!
I have never ever written a review, but I want to warn others before it’s too late. I can not put into words how bad this app is. If I had one wish, it’d be that this never existed.

NO WIFI
My college uses this for wifi and I have not had a stable wifi connection since I got here. I’ve given up on trying. I’ve gotten so many “okay, now it’s fixed” emails and it’s never fixed. I can’t believe my school is still using this.
Worst WiFi I’ve ever used in my life
This wifi is the worst I’ve ever used. It loads slower than a disabled turtle swimming through chunky peanut butter. I have taken to just turning my wifi off 90% of the time. It’s almost completely unusable. If you need to access the page you’re trying to load within five to seven business months this isn’t going to work for you.

Embarrassingly bad
The fact that I have enough of a connection to write this review is a miracle. I am disconnected constantly, sometimes multiple times a minute. It forces you to manually enter your MAC address. In fact, this app is so bad, that it doesn’t even function, and I have to use their website. The screen where it asks me to input what school I go to simply does not work. Worst most incompetent company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I hope the people running this god awful app read all of these negative reviews and really take in just how unanimously their creation is hated.
