Horrible App
As soon as I open the app, the main home screen never opens. I close the app, then reopen it. And the logo and log in button seems to be running to left in an endless loop. I uninstalled it several times and I could never get to a long in screen to attempt to sign in. Had to download the NexTv app to use the services.

The login is completely bugged and I wanted to be able to watch some tv while I was out can’t even see the login screen once it so stop the bugging out first open up the app ave the headache and don’t download the app

Can’t login.
I’m a paying customer who would like to take advantage of my paid service on more than just tv. I was told by my IT tech to get this app. Doesn’t work.
Scam!!
This is a scam app! I used it to try to subscribe to Apollo Group TV, but after I entered my credit card information, I was taken to a site called najhosting and my credit card was charged to najhosting and Apollo Group has no record of my charge.
APP DOES NOT WORK
The app doesn’t work you can’t even sign in the start up page scrolls sideways then stops and it shows a 404 message when you try to log in

The login page doesn’t even work it keeps glitching and moving sideways. I’m worried it put a bug on my phone!
Does not work for iMac
When you try to sign in, it also keys the same inforamtion for the password so it's imposssible to log in when BOTH fields are being typed in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same thing.
Terrible app
I already have an account and just wanted to watch a movie on a car ride, but there was no log in button. Fix this ASAP

Trying to download the app. It is literally an ad that pushes to download “WhatsApp”. Not sure why, but there is no other action.

Login is completely bugged
The reason I downloaded this app in the first place is not because I’m a potential new customer, but because I’m a paying customer who’s interested in watching shows/movies on more than just TV. But for some reason, the login screen is no where to be found and is exclusively promotions and payment plans. And it seems I’m not the only person experiencing this problem, as other reviewers are complaining about the exact same thing, only those reviews are months older than mine. Highly disappointing, please fix this immediately.

Login screen needs work
There’s a glitch that won’t let me log in. Whatever I type into email or password field simultaneously inputs it into both fields. Blocking the chance to separately enter each field. This is a problem for existing customers who want to use the app. I’m on iOS 17.3.1 iPhone 14 pro max. Once fixed I can revise my review rating.

Potential New Customer - App does not work
I was hoping to try Apollo Group TV out, but I guess I will wait. The app scrolls sideways for a long time and finally stops. When I try to request a free trial, it require WhatsApp, but the next screen just goes white and does nothing. From the other reviews, this is a known issue and Apollo Group TV support is not very responsive. This is a horrible first customer experience and maybe what is expected by this company.

Not only does the app not work it just goes sideways scrolling for 1 minute & wont allow you to sign in if you already have an account & of course the chat doesn't work
Apollo Best service
I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been a game changer for my IPTV viewing experience. The service is reliable, the picture quality is excellent, and the app is easy to navigate. I'm so glad I found this app, it's saved me a lot of money compared to traditional cable TV.
