Только рекламные блоки будут самые настоящие, они займут все время отдыха между упражнениями, причём закрывать их придётся вручную, нажимая стрелочки и крестики. Все ещё не испугались? Тогда точно скачивайте. Ничего ж не теряете. Кроме времени, конечно. Тренировки обыкновенные, не сказать, что сильно продуманные, но вполне можно пользоваться.

Since you are using the lite free version, unfortunately, we cannot do anything with advertising. However, you can download the full version, choose the subscription that's right for you, and there will be no ads. As for the voice acting of the exercises, we will take into account your wishes. At the moment we have descriptions of each exercise that you can watch before starting the program.
