Apothy runs a persistent world that remembers what you did in it. She narrates. The world keeps the record. When something is uncertain, the outcome is decided by a roll on the server, written into an append-only history, and the story continues from what actually happened. Not from what would have made a better sentence. That is the difference. Most AI roleplay forgets, contradicts itself, and quietly rewrites the past to suit the moment. Here your choices become history: what you found stays found, what you spent stays spent, an injury still costs you next time, and a character who turned on you remembers why.
