Pick your apps. Apple's private picker keeps the list on your device, so Fomo Fast never sees which apps you chose. 2. Set your feed windows. A window is the time your feeds are open, say twenty minutes at lunch and an hour in the evening. 3. Live your day. Outside the windows the shield covers those apps. Inside them you have a daily allowance of minutes, and the shield returns when the allowance runs out.
