Mil veces mejor que la página

El portal de la Dian en un computador de escritorio es un auténtico monumento a la desesperación y la angustia. Entra uno y después de diez minutos quiere saltar por la ventana. Por fortuna existe esta aplicación, que parece haber sido diseñada por un ser humano y no por un burócrata incomprendido.

No sirve: no da opción de escoger tipo de documento

Tan pronto como abro la aplicación para usarla por primera vez, me pide que escoja el tipo de documento que voy a usar. Se supone que debe abrir y darme una lista de tipos de documentos, pero no, no se inmuta; no me da la lista, no me deja escribir nada ahí. En cambio no parece haber problema para llenar el número del documento y la clave; pero si no puedo escoger el tipo de documento de nada sirve para poder entrar. ¡Que lastima!
