Superbe application vraiment intuitive et simple d’utilisation. J’ai pu faire une demande depuis l’appli suite à fuite d’eau, ce qui a permis une intervention très rapide et sans me déplacer ! Vraiment génial !

Super, très bonne application
Aucun bug pour moi, l’appli est géniale. Ce qui est intéressant c’est de voir que mes enfant sont bien arrivés au miniclub.

Absolutely diabolical
I would give this app less than 1 star but that is impossible, it must have been developed by thumbless baboons who cannot comprehend how to even produce an app which actually functions how it should. It is also simply infuriating how this is the way you have to book actives at the place you are staying. I get it when an app works it’s smooth sailing and actually quite satisfying to book your activities but this is just the polar opposite. I also cannot begging to process the anger I feel at not being allowed in certain actives due to age e.g. booking the gym when I can lift more than double if not triple the weight of the useless monkeys in the gym. It really annoys me that the times in which I can access the gym are during the middle of the day when it is hottest while I am cooking up a storm of a sun tan. Overall this app is absolutely diabolical and should be removed from the App Store it is that bad.

An alright app
I’m not sure what all the other reviews are talking about, this app is pretty easy to use an navigate. After creating an account using the company code sent to you by the company, you add people to the app, filling in things about who is allowed to pick them up from activities and stuff. It’s good how you can see activities for certain people on the ‘animations’ tab, which is helpful. Another good thing is that the writing and instructions are in both English and French, so you don’t have to use Google Translate. I gave this app 4 stars because the colour scheme and formatting of the app is slightly weird, as parts of the tabs are slightly cut off by the shape of the phone. Also, I think that the ‘My Destinations’ tab is slightly pointless, as you can access that from the ‘Home’ tab, I think?

Not user friendly
When companies enforce booking activities through this app it results in poor satisfaction. Apps are fantastic when they are efficient and work.

Just doesn’t work. Can’t log in without an error message. Not sure if this is just iPhones but it’s completely broken

Not great when all you get is error codes when trying to use the app especially when this is the only way you can book activities for the place you are staying at.
Erreur inconnue
Le message “une erreur inconnue est survenue, ressayez dans quelques secondes” tourne en boucle. Et lorsqu’on quitte, il faut ressaisir toutes les informations (elles ne sont pas sauvegardées en local?!). Application non fonctionnelle pour moi.

Merci pour votre avis. Le problème que vous avez rencontré provient d'une erreur de sécurité qui se produisait très rarement et uniquement sur certain modèles de téléphone. Nous avons corrigé et renforcé le process de connexion afin de renforcer votre sécurité et d'éviter cette erreur. Toutes nos excuses pour ce désagrément.
